Beefy Stuffed Potatoes

An ultimate loaded baked potato! Combine Knauss dried beef, shredded cheddar cheese, chives and sour cream for an out of this world combination.

1 ounce(s) Knauss Dried Beef, finely chopped
1 Large Baked Potato
0.5 tablespoon(s) Butter or Margarine
0.25 cup(s) Milk
0.5 cup(s) Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 tablespoon(s) chives
1 dash(es) Salt and Pepper
2 tablespoon(s) Sour Cream

Beefy Stuffed Potatoes Directions

Wash and scrub skin of potato and pat dry. Place potato on a microwave safe plate and heat on high for 5-7 minutes or until the top of the potato feels tender.
Remove potato from microwave and cut a slit lengthwise across the top of the potato.
Scoop out the inside of the potato and place in a small dish.  Pour milk over the scooped potato and stir until slightly creamy. Add salt and pepper, cheese, 1/2 of the sour cream and 1/2 of the dried beef to the mixture.
Refill potato with mixture and top with remaining cheddar cheese and dried beef. Sprinkle with chives and serve with remaining sour cream. Enjoy!
