As of March 21, 2011, Knauss Incorporated’s operations and facilities have been acquired by Mr. Paul J. Kozloff who will assume the position of President/CEO. Paul is a seasoned and versatile executive with many years of experience in distribution and manufacturing. He has served as President, CEO and Chairman for a wide variety of privately-held companies in the region. The acquisition of Knauss Inc. provides for the re-emergence of this 109 year old company, a pioneer in providing high quality dried beef to its customers.
As we look forward, we will strive to bring only the finest dried beef products to the marketplace. Every team member of Knauss’ previous operations teams will remain in their roles of Quality and Food Safety, Sales, Production, and Order Fulfillment, so you can count on continuing to receive only the highest level of quality products and services. All production will continue at the Quakertown, Pennsylvania manufacturing plant as it has been since the beginning of the Knauss dried beef company in 1902.
As you might expect, All Holding Company, Inc., the former parent company of Knauss Inc, is being most co-operative and supportive to ensure a seamless transition.
